Horticulture.biz is actively looking for Sales Representatives (horticulture).

The horticultural market represents more than 15,000 professional garden centers in North America and Europe. We help them increase sales, increase their visibility and build their customer base on the web.

We offer them marketing programs to feed their Facebook page, we create flyers for their promotions, support them with a newsletter program and we take care of their website.

With more than 30 years of expertise in horticulture and nearly 20 years in digital marketing, our customers consider us a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ in terms of web marketing.

Main responsibilities
* Develop business with Garden Centers in North America;
* Explain our products to customers through webinars and negotiate agreements to achieve sales goals;
* Participate in product improvement by providing customer feedback;
* Ensure the proper execution of your tasks and complete your call records in our CRM application.
* Your territory will be protected.

Job requirements

* 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of representation and / or relevant experience in the horticulture sector;
* Great ease in computer science;
* Solid knowledge of social networks;
* Have your computer and Skype headset at home to reach customers;
* Have a non-noisy environment for making calls and webinars;
* Skill in prospecting and business development;
* Demonstrate leadership, professionalism and a sense of detail;
* Great ability to organize time, monitor actions and motivate yourself;
* Ability to work with a minimum of supervision;
* Ability to persuade and influence;
* To master English (oral and written).

Full-time regular position, 35 hours work in the America time zone 9 am to 5 pm.


Paid training.

Compensation is $ 300 per week + $ 100 bonus per service sale to the same client.
The average sale of services is 3 per customer.
A good seller makes 3 to 4 customer sales a week.
